My Story
I was born in Magadan — a remote, cold city in the far east of Russia.
It’s a place where life teaches you strength early.
Not through comfort — but through reality.
I grew up without the usual sense of support.
My mother passed away when I was very young, and my father was not there.
So from early on, I learned how to stand on my own.
Not because I wanted to —
but because I had to.
That shapes you in a very specific way.
You become independent.
Strong.
But also… disconnected.
The Quiet Search
For a long time, I was moving through life with that strength.
From the outside, everything could look fine.
But inside, there was tension.
Restlessness.
A constant feeling that something was missing.
Not something external.
Something deeper.
A sense of connection — to my body, to myself, to life.
The Turning Point
In my early twenties, I made a decision that came from somewhere deeper than logic.
I left.
No plan.
No clear direction.
Just an inner knowing that staying the same was not an option.
That decision was not easy —
but it was necessary.
India
My search eventually brought me to India.
And that’s where things began to change.
Not instantly.
Not magically.
But in a real way.
Through yoga, breathwork, and discipline,
I started to understand the body — not as something to push or control,
but as something intelligent.
Something that holds tension.
Memory.
Emotion.
And something that can also release.
Through the Body
My journey wasn’t only mental or spiritual.
It was physical.
There were periods of tightness, imbalance, even injury.
I had to learn how to rebuild — step by step.
Not by forcing progress,
but by developing awareness, stability, and strength from the ground up.
This is where Iyengar yoga deeply influenced me.
Precision. Alignment. Understanding how the body actually works.
And over time, I integrated this with functional movement and breathwor
My Work Today
Today, I don’t teach yoga as performance.
I work with the body as a system.
My approach combines:
• Hatha & Iyengar Yoga
• Functional strength & mobility
• Breathwork and nervous system regulation
This is not about pushing harder or becoming more flexible.
It’s about removing unnecessary tension
and building a body that feels stable, strong and responsive.
Who I Work With
I work with people who:
• feel tension or stiffness in their body
• feel mentally overloaded
• train, work, or live actively but still feel disconnected
• want clarity, not more information
People who understand that performance in life
comes from how your body and mind function — together.
What I Believe
I don’t believe in escaping reality.
I believe in building capacity to live it.
Yoga, for me, is not about slowing down completely.
It’s about knowing when to slow down —
and when to be strong.
It’s about balance.
A Return
What I offer is not a quick fix.
It’s a way back.
Back to your body.
Back to your breath.
Back to a place where you feel grounded, clear and present.
How I Can Help You
Practical yoga for real life — to move better, release tension, and feel clear in your body and mind.
