The Path I Walk

I discovered yoga while searching for a deeper connection with myself and a better understanding of how the body and mind work together. What began as a personal practice gradually became a lifelong path of study, exploration, and teaching.

My journey led me to India, where I completed a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training and deepened my understanding of traditional yoga. Alongside this foundation, I continued studying Iyengar Yoga, anatomy, movement, and breathwork.

Over the years, I have worked with students of different ages, backgrounds, and physical abilities. This experience taught me that every body is unique and deserves an individual approach.

Today, I help active people improve mobility, reduce tension, build strength, and develop greater awareness through functional yoga and mindful movement.

My teaching combines the precision of Iyengar Yoga with functional movement, breath awareness, and a practical understanding of how the body works. I believe yoga should support real life — helping people move better, recover better, and feel stronger both on and off the mat.

How I Work

Today, I help active people move better, recover faster, and build a stronger relationship with their body.

My teaching combines: • Hatha Yoga • Iyengar Yoga Principles • Functional Mobility Training • Breathwork & Nervous System Regulation • Mindful Movement

I believe that lasting change comes not from forcing the body, but from understanding it.

Rather than pushing harder, my goal is to help students improve mobility, reduce unnecessary tension, develop strength, and move with greater awareness.

Who I Help

I work with people who:

• Feel stiff or restricted in their body • Experience stress, tension, or physical discomfort • Want to improve mobility and posture • Lead active lifestyles and value long-term health • Want to move, recover, and age well
