No. You don’t need any experience. I adapt each session to your level, your body, and your needs. The focus is not on performance, but on awareness and proper movement.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes and an open mindset. Everything else is provided. For private sessions, I may guide you based on your specific needs.
Is this suitable if I already do sports or yoga?
Yes — especially if you feel tight, tired, or stuck despite being active. This work goes deeper than regular training or stretching..
